The group, JMM Petrichor Investments Ltd., UK is at the final stages of acquisition of Cetex Petrochemicals Ltd., India, Optimistic Organics Sdn Bhd., Malaysia and Asia Pacific Fibers, Indonesia. All these companies are manufacturers of petrochemical products for decades. We identify a value chain that enhances operational efficiency and market access. At Sun Petrochemicals, we intend to streamline the commercial process centrally in Singapore.

Beginning in mechanical engineering in his early twenties, he honed his skills during a decade-year period in Indonesia, gaining invaluable expertise in procuring heavy machinery from around the world.
His journey led him to major asset management projects across the globe where he made significant contributions to renowned establishments such as the Nissan Car Plant in Spain, Steel Plant in Stockport, Dagenham Thermal power plant, Jaguar Car plant in Birmingham, British Forging in Derby, Aciera Machine tools in Switzerland, British Tube in Birmingham, and Noble & Lund Machine tools manufacturing.
Through unwavering dedication and hard work, Sampath Kumar has successfully established a diverse business empire spanning UK, Europe and Asia.
Recognized for his exceptional hospitality ventures, he has earned the respect and admiration of local British council delegates and NHS Kingston. Over the years, Sampath has left an indelible mark in Kingston Upon Thames, (United Kingdom) notably through the Sun Group Holdings Limited, encompassing hospitality, restaurants, and leisure.
He is popular among his friends and team for his humble and friendly manner.
Sampathkumar Mallaya hails from Coimbatore (India) and remains a guardian to Tamil culture by providing career opportunities to many young students from Coimbatore and other parts of Tamil Nadu in his various businesses. He also practises the core value of Tamil culture – hospitality (Virundhombal) and known for that in the United Kingdom.
As the Chairman & Managing Director of various enterprises, including the Crown Plaza Hotel in Kingston, Kingston Island, Hampton Suite – Serviced Apartments, Vegetarian Restaurants in the UK & France, River Club Leisure & Fitness, and Ceetex Petrochemicals, Sampathkumar continues to expand his business enterprise continuously.
Notably, he holds the distinction of being the first Indian-origin individual to own a historic Victorian property in Kingston Upon Thames, dating back to 1865. Operating as Warren House Hotels, this venture underscores Sampath Kumar’s pioneering spirit and commitment to excellence.
Recently he has acquired Nagerkovil Arya Bhavan brand (South Indian Vegetarian restaurant) to expand globally starting with UK, France and then moving to UAE and USA.
